Yes, all this comes with years of hard work, study (5 institutes), gaining experience and fascinating communication with people from diverse corners of the globe (implemented projects in more than 20 countries). People call me an expert, broker, consultant, appraiser and developer.

All this was on my professional path, 30 years long. However, this does not accurately reflect the whole essence of my work in the real estate world as a conceptualist and visionary, the so-called "promoter", who clearly presents and implements development projects - from a simple private house to creating the concept of an entire city.

My experience and knowledge allow me to transform an empty land plot into an investment-attractive ready-made object, having traversed the full spectrum of processes - from the development of a concept, an architectural project and a business plan to attracting investors.
