They say that in today's world, with advanced search systems, artificial intelligence, and various courses, higher education institutions are no longer the place where real knowledge is acquired. Well, everyone has their own experience, and here I will share mine.
I began my journey in the realm of knowledge back in 1989 when I became a student at the Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute (graduating in 1994). In 1997, I earned a diploma as a real estate appraiser from the Institute of Business Development, already recognizing the importance and potential of this field.
Here's a little secret: starting from my time at "Polytechnic", I've been shaping all my ideas and thoughts in the form of flowcharts, where each detail serves its purpose.
My analytical thinking, which was developed back then, provided me with a tremendous impetus and the ability to apply knowledge correctly in the areas of financial analysis, international management, and real estate management. I acquired these skills at the International University of Real Estate FIABCI in 2007 and at the Institute of Real Estate Management USA (IREM) in 2008.
In 2009, I was one of the few representatives from the private business sector who graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, specializing in “Public administration in the field of European integration". These insights were invaluable during my presidency in the World Council of Developers and Investors FIABCI from 2015 to 2017 and in discussions at the UN on matters related to Ukraine's European integration.
This was a significant contribution to my understanding of the economic model of city development and the fundamental principles of public-private partnerships. I also introduced the concept of "inclusive development" in terms of urban planning and investments (I will provide more details on this in upcoming posts).
Looking back, I can say the following: my ability to analyze, skills in real estate management, and understanding of the modern IT sector ultimately led me to the idea and the subsequent creation of the international blockchain real estate platform – GREM (Global Real Estate Market)!
Today, the foundation of my education continues to expand because every day brings new knowledge!
